Payments go through Yoco and settle into your bank account on Yoco’s standard schedule (typically 2 business days). YesChef fees are deducted before payout.
No. The platform fee (R5 or 5%, whichever is higher) is the only fee from YesChef. Yoco’s standard card processing fees apply separately as they normally would.
Just stop. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no lock-in periods. Your account stays active in case you want to come back.
That’s up to you. The platform fee comes out of the order total you set. You can adjust your prices to account for it, or absorb it — your choice.
